Itzel López is the founder and inaugural CEO of the LEDC, known for her ability to build strong, authentic relationships across sectors. Born and raised in Mexico, she moved to Omaha at age 12 and has since become a long-time advocate for equity and opportunity. Her leadership has helped diversify the tech sector by creating pathways for youth and adults to upskill and access life-changing careers. Itzel actively volunteers with organizations like One World, the Omaha Municipal Land Bank, and the Greenlining Fund, all in service of building a more equitable and humane environment for everyone to thrive.
